The journey goes back to early 1970s, when Indonesia is one of the strong countries to produce many diverse commodities, and coffee is one of the nation proud products. That leads government to give exporting license freely to people who are interested exporting coffee.
In 1972, the late, Mr. Mustafa Sulaiman, found PT. MENACOM Ltd., which stands for MEdaN ACeh COMmodity, specializing in his favorite Mandheling coffee. In 1990, following the rapid growth of coffee in Aceh, under the leadership of Mr. Agam Sulaiman the company expanded by integrating with local supply chains in Central Aceh.
Today, the expansion has strengthened PT. Menacom Ltd. position as one of Arabica Mandheling coffee producer in Indonesia, enhancing our good quality coffee sources especially in North Sumatra and Central Aceh regions.
