Social Responsibility for Cafe Practices Farmers
Since 2004, PT. Menacom has more than 5,000 farmers participating in Starbucks Cafe Practices. This collaboration brings successful improvement in coffee quality and sustainability, farmers living conditions and environmental awareness.
Furthermore, as Starbucks preferred partner, we have established mutual relationship through our Agronomists with local and international organizations, to ensure the program is adequately implemented across our working regions. Collaborating with ICCRI (Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Institute) and other Institutes; we keep our farmers up-to-date by providing them guide books, on-site training and other informative measures.
Doing our part in going Organic
We believe that big coffee chains are responsible for the Eco-system changes. Together with Control Union, our Organic coffee is happily farmed without endangering the surrounding environment and eco-system.

Our Rainforest farmers are slowly involved in conserving natural wildlife and ecosystem around the farm and achieving better living quality.
Tackling Poverty with Fair Trade
Through Fairtrade, our producers in Adil Wiladah Mabrur Cooperative have profited from the increase of income and coffee sustainable from meetings and trainings. To date, Cooperative Adil Wiladah Mabrur are able to provide agricultural equipments for each members.
